The manga very carefully, very mildly went into some of the issues of the idol industry, but largely it's avoided showing how much of a toxic, exploitive pile of garbage it is. So I'd personally be quite surprised if this arc now went into paparazzi chasing them and whatnot.

I suspect it'll be turned into some sort of "misunderstanding" that's amiably resolved, or something.
... I mean, also, what's the end for Miyako going to be? She's apparently just doing nothing. I don't think I'd be surprised if this were about revealing how she really is, then all the fans being totally fine with, so she can return to being idol. ^^
