The symbolism is really something though. You could write a small literature analysis essay just on these few chapters alone...
True. Naked witch is naked both metaphorically and physically, not even bothering to hide from police.

Gyaru is the chosen because she's a master of outward faces, and both girls are interested in the magical girl as a separate identity in and of itself. A theme that fundamentally requires both an actor and an audience to explore, which is why there are 2 MCs.

The symbolism of using a Kigurumi as the transformation item/sequence is also great, as well as Shiki's love for Sweet Pink vs her avoidance of the gyaru version.

Not to mention I have high hopes for the story exploring the usage of socially acceptable Public Faces vs needing to be honest with yourself. I've read many stories that deal with the "need to be honest with yourself" part with Hero's Journey and YA-type novels all having parts of this, it is actually quite rare to see a story presenting the necessity of the Gawa (Tatemae?) as a social lubricant.

You can't just ignore society after all, I hope this story doesn't go down the usual path. It's a topic the story can have lots of fodder for plot and character development.

We are back (for two more chapters) 😤

Why does the witch remind me of a Genshin character?
Because she dresses in the same fashion as Monna, but this one doesn't have any screw right. So the naked witch is... a naked witch...
That dance was really cute, and Yukko could be any of us!

thank you for the chapter. I can honestly say this is the first time I've seen a costume/suit gun be used in a reversed... or inverted manner, its normally for making people into costumes, or used in a yuri in general.
Well I think and love that Sakura has discovered the life hack for dealing with Shiki and taking advantage of her simp tendencies. Just be suited up and Shiki will do anything for the Majigussy. If Majigawa had kabedon'd Shiki during the will you ally question Shiki would have joined her on the spot. Hell if Majigawa asked her anything from proposing to her, asked her to become room mates, pay for her university loans, or mortgage and Shiki would say yes thus fulfilling her fangirl duties and get to simping post haste.
Though this brings up a different point and I know this was asked before but would Majigawa change depending on the wearer or would she remain the same? If Shiki wear to don her beloved Majigawa would it still be Majigawa Pink or would we end up with a different magical girl or Maji variant? Because that will likely happen at some point especially if this gets serialized or are there just several majigawa's floating around waiting for their own highschool archetype lesbian to don them? I'm curious to know how Sometime using this premise would acheive the classic rival rider/magical girl.
I also get the impression that at somepoint Sakura and Shiki will try to wear Majigawa at the same time and I'm interested to see how that work out.
Sorry for the wall of text.
Finally why do I get the impression that the Naked Witch is also just someone wearing a suit, rather then someone who zapped themself with the gun, or just happened to have this epiphany to dress skimpily while designing her gun to force others to experience her truth? There's going to be some hypocrisy or double standard there and I feel the witch is just using a "public face" as well but she's presenting the lewd part of herself she would normally obscure from everyone.
