why not just... a banner at the start and end of a chapter...?
reading on phone the QR codes can easily interrupt the reading experience if the user prefer holding the screen somewhere from time to time, it happened to me a few times(holding on the QR code to open it)
is not a fill-in-the-blank situation, having it in every blank space wouldn't help aside from breaking immersion(iamma be honest)

What a cute manga, SURELY we WONT be HEARTBROKEN when it will end, because of the 2000 YEARS OLD witch, when all witches lifespan is AROUND 2000 YEARS.
