Make "Content Filter" work with "Content warning preference in titles"

The situation:

• You have titles with the content rating "suggestive" in library
• You have content filter with "suggestive" unchecked
• You have "Content warning preference in titles" set to "Always unless title is in the library and not dropped"

Current Reality:
- Updates from said "suggestive" rated titles in library do not show in updates
How I would like it to be (and more logical, IMO):
- Updates from said "suggestive" rated titles in library DO show in updates
Basically, I would like "content warning preference in titles" to work with "content filter".

Same situation if you uncheck the “mature” filter, the titles that are already in your library or added to your library won’t show in updates nor in the library for that matter; there’ll be a missing title card at the very bottom on the right side of the list on every page the unchecked content was located (in this case “mature”), indicating a missing card/tile? on that page.
