Erase the world, or a world line(?), I think. But Izanagi can't do it without Izanami for some reason.
Izanami hid from him by splitting herself into three: Yuuka, Zero, and Secreta.

It also looks like Izanagi was using Kyousai to find them; Kyousai has the ability to traverse worlds, or maybe world lines(?).
