ok what has this story become at this point there's ecchi and isekai which makes sense but then there's time travel or regression idk what else is there shouldn't be in a manga like this but the stroy makes 0 sense to me personally rn at this point every chapter I read I just wait for the ecchi I dont try to make sense of the plot anymore. Can someone explain to me what this is anymore????

I honestly have no idea what's going on anymore. I don't even recognize half the characters. I'm not sure if the author has just added in characters randomly and is gaslighting me that they've been there the whole time, or I've just forgotten them all for some reason.
