Some FYI:
The angel is referring to the Great Demon Lord Lucifer as "Seraphim".
In the lore of judeo-christian celestial beings, the higher tiers belong to entities like principalities, thrones and on the top very next to God are the seraphims. Lucifer is originally a seraphim and he is not technically an "angel" (angels are on the lower tiers and as such are able to come in contact with humans). Lucifer became a fallen seraphim after contesting God's authority and supposedly fathered his own world/dimension so to speak (it is not technically Hell because Hell is more of Norse Mythology i.e. Helheim).

Lucifer as a fallen angel isn't really a figure in the bible either. The verse where his idea came to be (Isaiah 14:12) is directed to a king of Babylon who tried to put his own throne above God's, but finally fell to the ground. Ref.: Wikipedia: Lucifer
