I fixed it. I tried looking up if there were rules about it in the submission guidelines but didn't see anything.

As far as I'm aware the tag was only put there because on comic walker this is tagged as a romantic comedy. I still fail to see the romance as well apart from Mori having a crush on Koutarou, but who knows, maybe later.

I think it might be an implicit guideline or something, IIRC X.5 is usually used for bonus chapters / extras / etc.

There aren't strict rules, but the convention is that parts chapters are 10.1, 10.2 etc and omakes and extras are 10.5, 10.6 etc. Also volume omakes are usually uploaded with the last chapter of the volume, so most likely 10.5 will be better to reserve to volume omakes/covers if you choose to do them.
