At least the mom really loves her but in an unhealthy way. This author I know I'm in for a ride since their last work & apparently they are going to do another one this year so look forward to that. Thanks for the translations.

Though the mother overprotective is bad but it's have a reason. Unfortunately, the mother forget about how important is communication. Also the daughter also is bad think that COVID-19 is just normal sick. I lost few friends from this pandemic. Lost family also. This is not a joke.

Also using money to have fun in place like that is not good but not bad also but remember, that kind of place is like a bubble. It can only bring happiness for momentary only. Don't take it to hearts.

Mother-daughter relationships are complicated but it ends on a good note so I’d say good for them!

That was pretty good. Glad it was a happy ending but wish it was that easy in real life. Surprised at how honest the host was. I guess she was too much for him.

Good ending and a good lesson in life. Some people can only learn from mistakes firsthand, lucky for her the bubble popped early and the bad things stopped at just debt and heartbreak: over realizing that paid relationships with hosts are fake and always ends outside the host club. Hosts and hostesses are there to 1) make money and 2) entertain lonely adults for a night of paid drinking, not find romance partners.

Even more fortunate that her mother was there to catch her fall too. It could've gone much worse. There's a lot to say about her domineering, strict, overprotective mother's excessive and borderline oppressive ways, but at least it was motivated over her love for her daughter. That love came through to the rescue in the end. Great that they could reconcile and change after that fateful night.

Very much agree with you 2 here. I got this very uncomfortable feeling past their first meeting. At first he seemed like a geniune listening type guy, but after that he became more and more controlling her action. This is the part where I feel the cover makes sooo much sense. He had his hands wrapped around her, and she just smiles happily as it happens. And that money that appears to look like his horn? Indicating hes not a genuine one? A Really great icing on the cake! I also did not expect the part that shes actually not loaded and went to debt after seeing the first panel when she bought drinks for everyone (?) Remember kids, "stranger danger!".

And we cant blame her either, she was suffoticating in her situation. She even think working! with that japanese workaholic culture is a better place than home. I can understand her mother's actions, Covid is seriously not a joke. But I cannot justify it when her own daughter is suffoticating from it. That is the half part where I thought the ending is going be very uncomfortable with her getting in relationship with the host and end. Fortunately thats not the case, because it's going to rub the readers in a very wrong way that "alcohol will save you".

I really cannot expect how this is gonna end after that she fell to the abyss of such paid relationship. But fortunately her mother catched her. When she explained her reasons behind her suffoticating actions, I really really love she owned the hurtful feelings she caused her daughter and then asked for her forgiveness. Sums up to what I believe what everyone want! For our parents to own up that they hurt us somehow somewhere somewhen, anddd apologizeeee for it.

damn that was a long writing Ahahahaha. Thanks so much Shindoi Scans for the scanlation. And of course! Asaga Iori, for bringing this great one shot to us!
