I still think she's better off without him, but after last chapter, when she decided that his nonsense during exams was for her benefit, I guess this will be her getting hurt by him meeting some cute new girl.
Prime chance for her to process her one-sided heartbreak and move on to something else, is what I would say, but I of course don't expect that to actually be the case here.
