I get that they're from different races, have different values and stuff, but man, they really don't have an ounce of shame, do they? The dragon girl is running around in a loincloth that almost shows her whole ass. The fox girl is wearing a bodysuit so tight you can see the exact shape of her nipples and pu*kitty cat*. The elf's outfit is comparatively tame but still shows her figure. I like it, I like it alot, but leave a little something to the imagination, ya know?

This read like author desperately needed a skill that wasn't used yet, that could look weak initially especially combat wise, but could have hidden potential/power. They came with the "interpreter" cause it lets you translate stuff or interpret it between people, so not really a battle skill, but has the hidden side that it could also let MC interpret battle styles and learn them becoming OP.

Single issue most of people here already saw thou is that author was so happy he found that skill, he probably switched on some hentai and fapped, cause he kinda missed how many useful use cases that skill have outside the battle/adventuring - so dude being f-rank scrub barely surviving makes completely no sense, and thus is just an completely retarded premise to have the trope of useless skill being OP.
