@sarshi It is depend on the type of hotpot. If you used a lot of meat or seafood, the broth will be delicious. I always adding rice into hotpot broth. It is really good after the rice absorbed the broth.

@miyako19 it is, it's meat broth but still so bland :/
i usually put some chili and abit sweet soy sauce so it won't taste bland
maybe my tongue is weird lol
