manga about guy getting fat

trying to find this manga where the male protagonist gets transported to another world and by saving a girl and bowing he accidentally proposes to her and he slowly gets fat from eating at her family's house

he also gains a sneak skill later when he sucks in his gut trying to hide from a monster/(goblin?)

(after looking for so long I can't tell if this was a manga that I've read or I just made up in a dream)
