Manga for newbie

I want to start reading manga and idk what to read, there are so many manga and most of the popular ones are really long. So any good reccomendations for a newbie?

@Kamile12 what types of stories and stuff are you interested in? Basically if you don't like horror... stories in general, movies, books and such it wouldn't make sense to recommend manga like that. Do you like fantasy? Romance? Comedy? Horror?

Most people seem to like humor so I'll offer a few that aren't to far in.
