Even though hard working is a must-have requirement for people in this kind of field, the commitment that they are meant to put their work out for other people and should be able to working with others is as important. I said this as nobody able to work truly alone in anything if they wanted to release that work publicly, they will need other’s opinion to improve their work and aiding them on the workline process, for mangaka it would be the editor and the publisher, and I’m speaking about this as a creator and a manga editor myself. This industry is not a joke, I’ve seen so many failed cases and thousands to millions authors working their asses off out there to never achieve anything because they don’t understand this is not simply a one man job.nope, there's really no similar personality in mangaka.
