Shes such a trainwreck, honestly might be better off setting her up with a normal job as a mangaka assistant and fixing her life...

Naw, she got the lifestyle to write a banger story if she got an editor that knows when to switch the emotion off and on when necessary. As she said, she's planning on dying.

Damn just let her do it, it's not like she's gonna do anything before that. Let the moron fail.

Are most notable mangaka have this kind of attitude when working? Because I don’t feel like this kind of people deserve any success in life.

nope, there's really no similar personality in mangaka. They're just people that got lucky. The only trait you will ever find similar is their dedication. You can't really go far without hard work in manga industry.

Isn't that a bit too much? They work hard for their work unlike you who probably just spend time being chronically online.

Even though hard working is a must-have requirement for people in this kind of field, the commitment that they are meant to put their work out for other people and should be able to working with others is as important. I said this as nobody able to work truly alone in anything if they wanted to release that work publicly, they will need other’s opinion to improve their work and aiding them on the workline process, for mangaka it would be the editor and the publisher, and I’m speaking about this as a creator and a manga editor myself. This industry is not a joke, I’ve seen so many failed cases and thousands to millions authors working their asses off out there to never achieve anything because they don’t understand this is not simply a one man job.

Thank you all for reading my 2 chapters that I translated! This is a really interesting series that i'll for sure be reading. But, as most of you know, I'm pretty awful with upload consistency so I gave the leader of this group permission to start translating it instead of me. Hope you all keep reading it, and I hope to see you at some other series I translate!
