Gosh they really are jumping straight into baikal lake instead of swim in pool with this serialization... i wonder if she is going to hit a burn out at some point in the story because irl it would be almost impossible to not get burnt out!

Manga pacing feels bit too fast. Wish they went into managing assistants more, screentones and background art and her being weak at drawing having to rely on them would made an interesting arc or hook to introduce more characters...

IT was that + the reveal of her being a homeless kid. People love sob stories. Look at what happened with that elderly Door Dasher recently. People found out he was doing deliveries to pay for his wife's medication after she lost her job & a few days later the internet raised like $600k for them. But it's emotionally manipulative which is why Yanai struggled with the decision.
