Manga recommendation over 200 chapters

as in all 200 chapters are available on MD?
I mean... I've got some on top of my head, but I'm not sure if all of them are still here after the whole DMCA stuff
all available on MD yeah, preferably all with english translation

Berserk is still here. Seems to be the top-ranked manga with English chapters...but given the genres you mentioned, might be a bit harder than what you're looking for. Maybe Akatsuki no Yona?
Imma also plug the Ascendance of a Bookworm series because it technically fits your criteria when you sum up total chapters across the four(ish) series
Honestly, you may want to run an advanced search with whatever genres strike your fancy and just sort by rating. No particularly good way of sorting through the total number of chapters except for brute force, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. You might find something interesting that falls outside your length criteria (like really, I'd forgotten Fullmetal Alchemist was only 108 chapters!)
