Manga stuck in head but I can't quite remember it

Been constantly remembering scenes from this manga that I read the raws of, I don't think it was particularly good but I really want to remember the name. What I remember of it is that some guy finds out his girlfriend is cheating on him when he looks at her phone, then the girlfriend gets angry at him for looking at her phone. Later he meets up with this pickup artist guy and I assume the plot is about him learning to pick up girls or something like that. I remember it feeling like it was Incel bait. I also think that it had a drama adaption but I'm not sure.
