Manga unavailable, licensing changes?

Anyone else getting a message that replaces manga pages that says “Manga is unavailable due to licensing changes. We hope to introduce a new service in coming weeks to address your needs!” with a mangadex logo under? The pages loaded correctly after a few refreshes. From what the message sounds like, has the manga been officially translated, or is it still server problems? Not sure if this has been addressed in announcement but I couldnt find any mentions of this

So these aren't the usual series already available on MangaPlus then?

The series that it happened on was Kaiko sareta Ankoku Heishi (30-dai) no Slow na Second Life. It wasn't even the latest chapter, but like 14-16. Im guessing it's fixed now according to YumGumYum
I took the screenshot this morning on my phone while viewing horizontally, cuts off the mangadex logo thats underneath
