Or maybe someone taking the place of someone evil like Tanya? How about the MC is considered the villain like Tearmoon? There are many ways a MC can be evil but I don't know which direction do you want to take, since NTR Isekai also fits the description. Jojo (specially the first part) has a rotten evil MC for instance.
