This could be real easy too. The top webpage has a file number. The number
can be located outside of a whole page reload. Periodically check that number
to your last loaded landing page. If different, reload landing page and get new
number to check.
If you ever to go Drudgereport, they auto reload every 2 minutes.
Annoying because they do that for webpage hits. Has nothing to
do with new content.
