it’s been a while since she’s done anything lewd now I think about it. It’s been so wholesome in the second half of the series.

I have to remind myself that they started with an exhibitionist masturbating in public, and now every chapter is about eating food. Not that I’m complaining, I like it

Masturbation and Mastication are but a few letters different, after all.

but gosh, yeah… that first customer brought back old memories. :X
What you hope retail is like: Page 3

What retail is really like: Page 1

What retail is also really like: Page 5-7, but she puts it in her BF's mouth.
Also, the face of his coworker when he pointed to him… he knows what is happening with these two. XD
I think that's Izumi's boss... so even better! Also, he looks french so... :meguusmug:

but the idea of store clerk hitting on costumer or vice-versa is weird

It's cool, they are both too airheaded to knowlingly flirt

Oh, Yeah, AVOWED IS LOOKING PRETTY GOOD, what do you guys think?
Hell yeah! The e3 trailer was kinda lackluster but now the game is starting to look great.
Since it's relying heavily on companions I hope there's properly implemented romance too.
Mod support will probably be nonexistent like it is with outer worlds. Too bad. No plop plop plop

Hm? Was that first chapter where we were introduced to the heroine by her masturbating just a delusion? There's no way that's from the same series...

Real question, how do you think people dated before the Internet and Phones? It's weird to me that you think it's weird. Seriously, because this used to be extremely normal and accepted before the internet ruined everything. A clerk or waiter slipping you their number was extremely common place, it was a way to show interest. People didn't date using websites, they just asked out people they wanted to ask out and it wasn't considered a threat.

Here's a crazy concept that young people don't get, people used to go on dates to get to know a person. And this was before Fear mongering made all men into implied sexual predators, men and woman used to just interact with each other, talk, just be people and if someone hit on you, it wasn't a big deal at all. Because the echo chamber didn't exist, people just treated people like people, you judge someone on their actions, not what you preconceived them to be. It didn't matter what religion, political party, skin color or whatever.

You could be friends with someone you didn't agree with, a concept most people today can't even fathom.

You wouldn't assume the worst about people back then, so you could just hit on people at a store, it wasn't a "threat" like in 2024. People weren't brainwashed by social media to think that every man would attack you. People were just people, empathy was a thing back then. It's so crazy how the 90's were so close yet no one in this current generation can even imagine what it's like. The rampant hate in 2024 is so terrifying and there is no slowing it down. Tik Tok is making people into horrible hateful bigots and it's just going to keep getting worse.

Pretty much this. You turn 25-30 single nowadays and you're suddenly standing at a void. If you approach people somewhere they're instantly on guard, people who use dating apps aren't really relationship material either since pretty much everyone wants one night stands there. People who frequent bars nowadays really aren't that much of a catch either I gotta say. After uni you either meet someone at your job or it get introduced by someone. If you don't have friends to start with and none of those happen, you're mostly fucked and the moment you tell someone you haven't been in a relationship at that age you'll get redflagged because someone who "gets to that age single definitely has problems". Social media fucked normal life up. Still gotta say, I find it cringe to hit on clerks or service workers just because they're nice, because pretty much all of them aren't interested, they just want to do their job and get home. Lotta people confuse being nice with being interested because personal interaction between people has become almost a lost art in the recent decades.

yeah but for job profesionalism standard, flirting on the clock doesnt feel like a good thing, but if they did it on break time or afterwork thats fine
I mean when else are you going to get the opportunity to talk to people in that kind of job? obviously they meant when on the clock, and yeah that's just kinda how things were. you're not gonna be talking to anyone on break typically (especially not customers), and after work there's likely no one to talk to, so in many cases on-duty was the only opportunity anyone had. Obviously, as in any other social situation, some discretion would still need to have been taken, like don't attempt that kind of thing with someone who clearly wouldn't be interested. But otherwise, as long as it was just a passive action like passing a phone number, and not obstructing business or actively hitting on someone or forcing them into uncomfortable situations, it wasn't really causing any problems. On the receiving end, you could always just not respond to it and that would be the end of it.

Of course, continuing to pursue someone after they've chosen not to respond is a different matter.

She actually seems like she is younger in this chapter. And her eyebrows seem smaller.
