I can't remember who that enemy guy was, but regardless, I hope Ike and/or the Demon Lord waifu destroy him.

It's great to see an isekai where the "demon lord" is not just a useless plot device that only serve at making the MC look strong.

this is my issue with this series.

all the tactics when they can just throw in the nuke and be done with it.

even if their tactics fails they can just throw in their nuke like Ike or the demon king to make tactics not even matter, even their top mage can beat the hero's party alone so like legit can't the demon king just solo the verse and be done with this.

the author could have easily made them powerful but not powerful enough where they can solo a whole corps of a standing army. I mean the only reason why they did the dragon thing is to give the demon king a cool entrance, she could have just teleport in the middle kill the dragon and everyone and not waste gunpower and not use the magic mirror device.

The defeated, large human army had to come from somewhere. That somewhere is now much more lightly defended, with the destroyed army out of the picture. On the orther hand, the demon army here was but a fraction of the size of the human army, so it wasn't drawing that much strength away from the demon lands.

Ike could leave the other demon generals to deal with the red dragon knights and push forward to capture the places this destroyed army was supposed to defend. Unless the humans are simply 10 times more numerous than the demons, and this destroyed army doesn't even matter pretty much at all.
