So far the isekai with guns haven't been exactly awesome. Let's hope this one turns out more than yet another broken level of power that makes the rest of the story trivial.
So, our MC doesn't even suspect that the other side would play dirty, when they already did earlier and have been doing since the beginning? Is he a moron? Oh, wait, this was an isekai story, of course he's a moron.
@Siikalahna I mean, when your an isekai MC the opponent has to play dirty to even the playing field. Also, swords wouldn't be all that effective if they're being used at long range, so he's thinking his opponent will use bows or crossbows which would be a pretty good choice as they'd have pretty good range and crossbows have a decent firing rate.
At least they're pretty primitive firearms, would be nice if they limit themselves to what is viable to make for their level of technology instead of "lol dwarfs"
@Wolvenworks
Cavalry flintlock rifles.
The black powder and the steel ball is muzzle loaded, there seems to not use percussion cap but operated by flint sparks.
The difference from matchlock is that flintlock use flint while matchlock use a wire fuse.
@Siikalahna suspect or not - doesn't change anything (don't have spare time, cuz searching for guns, no political weight (only battle achievements), no proof of scheming).
Oh no, another manga has suddenly reintroduced those overpowered fake manga flintlocks with the firepower of a late 19th century to early 20th century caliber rifle.
What will happen to the power balance? From now on, the answer to everything shall be "Git Gud BRING MORE GUNZ"
