That was a tower, he just jumped the tower and smashed right into the bandit. He wasn't using his wings obviously, meaning he quite literally just jumped at least 2-3 stories high if not more, then somehow managed to punch the intruder, all without even so much as touching Hel.

Magic!

Also was that his cape or did he give her a towel? Must have been his cape, otherwise where the hell would he have gotten the towel, he was patrolling outside for who knows how long.
