In the eyes of the villager, she has this uncanny overwhelming sorcery power that no other elves in the village has. And probably the only one having blue azure eyes and clear white silverish hair. All are signs of (supposedly extinct) true high elf.

Basically communal inferiority complex. Not necessarily cursed.
