I have no idea why anyone would complain about upscaling. Waifu2x has been a thing for more than half a decade and is used since 800px resolution sucks.

If a group just mass translates with no oversight then maybe some complaints could be made but even that is better than nothing for a series if it’s just dead and forgotten
