Yeah, if Riri was a man the comment section would look a lot differentI think the fact its yuri makes it easier to stomach for most of us.
though oneeshota could've worked too, oh well
Given that they both have memories of an adult life, objecting to the age gap is like saying a 40 year old and a 45 year old shouldn't date.Am I the only one who still cant get over the age gap?
All girl love relationships have their own values of preciousness!!Am I the only one who still cant get over the age gap?
I Am considering that they have their memories, thats why I'm still reading this, I just dont like it cause I dont get why they would even make such a big age gap in the first placeAll girl love relationships have their own values of preciousness!!
but yeah if Onee-loli isn’t your thing then this probably won’t be for you. I’ve seen much, much bigger gaps though so this doesn’t phase me. Plus they are reincarnated and have lived entire lives together once (regardless of the fact that some were cut short) so if you have a hard time consider that I guess.

... your profile picture is of Mimi and Sheena, no?I Am considering that they have their memories, thats why I'm still reading this, I just dont like it cause I dont get why they would even make such a big age gap in the first place
See the thing is, Mimi's age makes sense and is the main part of the story, not to mention she's mentally still a child of Sheena's age.... your profile picture is of Mimi and Sheena, no?
Mimi is several decades older than Sheena; a far larger age-gap than is present here.
That you consider the respective ages in this story to be "such a big age-gap" is a little strange.
I'm not sure if we've gotten any explicit confirmation as to how much longer Riri's been reincarnated for, but I'd say it seems like it's maybe a decade; something notable, but not particularly extreme.
(For reference: the average age-gap for couples in reality can be anywhere from 2 years to 15 years, depending on region; the average for North America is around 2.5 years, and for most of Western Europe it's around 5 years.)
Certainly an interesting rationalization.See the thing is, Mimi's age makes sense and is the main part of the story, not to mention she's mentally still a child of Sheena's age.
Here on the other hand Ooma (or whateverhisname was) acts like a child while Riri is basically a grown woman, not to mention currently the age gap doesnt make any sense consideringhedied before Riri.
Why do you believe there is a problem? As long as the age gap turns out to be important to the story than I won't care anymore, as thats currently my main problem
It’s not incredibly big. We don’t know how old Riri actually is, as I don’t believe we’ve been given an age. 5ere are much biggerand explicit age gaps in Yuri out there. Like @CyberneticSusurrus mentionedI Am considering that they have their memories, thats why I'm still reading this, I just dont like it cause I dont get why they would even make such a big age gap in the first place
Idk bro, I'm just overanalyzing these types of things and looking at stuff too logically, and it's just weird to me seeing a grown at least in her 20s if not 30s with a middle school girl, especially cause if we get a confession, its gonna be so weird for them to actually date cause what evryone else is gonna think, like Ooma's parents for exampleIt’s not incredibly big. We don’t know how old Riri actually is, as I don’t believe we’ve been given an age. 5ere are much biggerand explicit age gaps in Yuri out there. Like @CyberneticSusurrus mentioned
So… like I said the age ga here is basically inconsequential and like mentioned by others is a device to give Ooma a chance to overcome the posit Riri was in previously.Mimi is dead/reanimated, immortal and from what I got out of the dialogue was possibly in the facility before it was a school so, with that relationship there is likely an age gap…. Or will be in the future as time is frozen for the dead Mimi girl.
However, if you don’t like it, that’s fine. You‘re entitled to your on opinion but I personally didn’t even look twice at the age gap as anything abnormal, the reincarnation yes but age, no.![]()
This is a pretty common trope in Yuri, when you read too much you get used to it, and sometimes you even learn to love itAm I the only one who still cant get over the age gap?
I can't deny that I have double standards when it comes to this stuff, but given I avoid most age gaps things that start young, its significantly more palatable for this to be a second life they both remember. All girl love relationships have their own values of preciousness!!
but yeah if Onee-loli isn’t your thing then this probably won’t be for you. I’ve seen much, much bigger gaps though so this doesn’t phase me.
