Any sort of transportation from one world to another still fits the isekai genre. Yeah, this is an isekai, just like The Devil is a Part Timer is.

They're just doing nothing on an island, the characters can be changed out with literally anyone else and the story would somewhat be the same. Its getting kind of boring.
