I'm gonna say everyone's. Reason being that Dick still is kinda connected to all of his ladies that were there for the Great Serpent Subjugation. So if she was born from Dick suddenly dumping that much spirit energy... yeah. She may even have a bit of the Great Serpent itself and the woman that used herself to seal it last time.
