Sure, she said she loves you and finds you 'reliable' and all that... but that's not the same as agreeing to one day marry you, my boy. One step at a time. Don't rush things so much.

A part of me wanted Rei glancing at the watch to be nothing but a really underhanded strategy to get under Raidou's skin. No matter what you are doing with someone else, if it's not some timed job where it's necessary, the other person continuously checking the time makes you feel like they aren't concentrating or interested in whatever you are doing, but instead they just want to be somewhere else. It's annoying indeed. So, Rei could have used it once against Raidou. I wouldn't say it would suit Rei's serious personality at all, though.
