Ah, Rei being Rei again with his rushing headfirst into things. Kinda goes back to the whole wanting to solve problems but not being the one to actually solve it directly thing I mentioned a few chaps back.
Also the friend cylinder having no Kiriyama running on it is peak comedy. Hell, it sure feels like this manga is getting more comedic as the tone gets much lighter. Rei went from being quiet and reserved to a very hyper kid in a way. It’s very, very nice to see. Like regaining a childlike innocence that he threw away so long ago.
