I never got this blaming the victim that way bullshit, it has happened in some places where i live too which is absurd. i get making bad decisions in hard cirumstances, i get treating the bullies as humans instead of dehumanizing them, which is something you should do. Dehumanizing others is what leads to further conflict, you can just look back into history and wars,how those conflict had dehumanization of certain ethnicities, religions and etc.

I get the fact that sometimes the victim has caused it themselves,but the answer isnt "work together". That shit dumb, harassment is legit an illegal thing.
