Oh, indeed... Akari being rather naive, surprisingly. But... well, you're that close to something, it's hard to see the truth, I suppose. Normally sibling would be enough distance, but that family is just so tight-knit, I guess the proximity is skewed. Auntie could see the potential, though, and that amused me so much. Grandpa... I dunno about grandpa, but he seems to absolutely adore the boy, at least. Having him as an actual grandson-in-law would probably send him over the moon. One less thing to worry about, eh?

And I dunno if it needed spoiler tags, other than how certain you are as a re-reader, based on what I've gathered. I personally think it's a foregone conclusion just based on past evidence, but, whatever.

The earlier chapter made Hina look really young (or like a doll) with that haircut. In this chapter, however, she was drawn to look more like her regular self, minus the new hairstyle. It took me a while to recall it, but she now reminds me of Usami Mizuki of "Kono bijutsubu niwa mondai ga aru". That's not a bad thing since I like that series.

This chapter also made me question the romance tag, if even the sensitive big sister and aunt think there's no future for Rei+Hina. But then again, I doubt Akari really knows a quarter of the depth of Rei's own challenges in life, so she might not be the best judge of his future behavior.
