叔叔 is not a japanese word. 叔 does exist in japanese, but it is used in archaic words for uncle or aunt. 父 (chichi) mwans father. It is used when talking ABOUT your father. However, when you talk TO your father, you use お父さん (otoosan). Otoosan is also used when you are talking about the father of the listener.

I was addressing the person I responded to because he asked if what he said was actually father or uncle as it is in Chinese. And 叔叔 is what you would say in Chinese.

I am honestly not sure what you are responding to since I said exactly that - "Polite way of addressing your own or someone else's dad or someone who is a father figure to you too. Not really used for referring to your own dad though." Did you even read the context of my post or what I exactly said?
