Nah he got slapped due to his own stupidity, he was just crying about how he think FMC doesn't like his cooking and how he's "trying his hardest" to win the affection of FMC



Yet not even 2 mins later random girl #1 decides to invite him over to her place for lunch that same day and he gets excited about that....so wtf was all of that crying from earlier for then?


And FMC ain't off the hook either, stop relying so damn much on a love magazine/manga and use your own words, ACTUALLY TALK TO THE KID, THEN THIS BS MISUNDERSTANDING WILL GO AWAY
