This is interesting but I wish the "affection meter" was less spontaneous and more gradual and better defined. Also, the story felt a bit too quick and unexplained at certain points. One example being before and after he helped the Silver Haired girls sister. She apparently really disliked him, but the meter barely dropped when he further upset her. Then upon him helping her sister and bring her home not only did she barely question him and not really warn her sister about trusting strangers, but her "affection meter" rose. Now if it was just a little, then it would make sense as she would appreciate him taking care of her sister, but through out the whole time, it kept rising with with little reasoning aside from him being nice, appreciative, and getting along with her sister all the way to the point that it changed from near rock bottom to near full by the next day.
Now, why is this an issue? It's because it feels like the girls emotions in this story run hot and cold faster than a city stuck between a glacier and a desert. The story has potential but feels like it's in too much of a hurry to have things happen that it doesn't give proper explanations.
