"Inner layer" Lol sounds complicated, feels like you shouldn't need multiple parts or so but i've always wore one pieces versus bikinis
It's easy to forget how sexy Yoshino is sometimes... No wonder our boy is always so worried.

It'd be nice if he was more confident then again there's prolly tons of men out there that'd balance it out to where they're full of themselves with partners they don't deserve

Dude ... I don't think it's just the missing 'inner layer' that has Naotsugu shocked, because without that skirt ... DAMN.

Very true, but which would you rather use to get rid of a fear of water and regain the ability to swim in?
I heard that because salt/sea water is denser than chlorinated pool water, it will be easier to float in the former rather than the latter. There's also how you don't get reddened/burning eyes in the ocean than you would in the pool, either. In which case, sea water is like 'easy mode' for swimmers, while pool water is 'expert mode'.

I could be totally wrong on this and got it all backwards, though, so please correct me if I'm mistaken as I'm too lazy to check to confirm it, myself. XD

This is partially true, yes. However, any well maintained pool also shouldn't irritate your eyes all that much due to the chlorination being properly balanced. And the bigger issue that I was responding to is that in the sea you do have to deal with waves and potentially even currents, while a pool should have mild water flow from the filtration system at most. Or from people messing around, but still.
