Depending on which 'era' and 'locale' of royalty were using here. Especially if were using the Frankish version at its peak honestly Good ol' Zach here could demand a duel of honor from a non royal heir apparent for slander of person(s) prestige or family honor slight (various other things) so uh just throw down the gauntlet and kill him shrug

Dealing with his sibling is even easier lower station, not respected. Where he is a much higher station and revered. Again duel him and just. kill. him.
