Do you think this is a reverse femboy twist, where Kinosaki pretended to be a otokonoko for some reason so that Gero/the audience would exclude him (her?) from an otherwise banal pairing? Making Kinosaki turn out to be a girl would completely ruin this manga for me. Marrying Kinosaki and him being a guy would be an amazing ending since he would be choosing what he wants for himself despite it being against his families wishes. It would essentially end the bloodline and be massive fuck you to his family. I really hope they don't end up going "Yeah Kinosaki is actually a girl pretending to be a guy crossdressing as a girl."
