What is that beauty pack course even supposed to be? The price is only 1000 yen, after all, so it can't be referring to thorough detailing or anything. I don't get why the service would be cheaper for women, either.

@VINT64 Basically:
-Husband asked the wife to get the car inspected because the pamphlet said that women have discounts
-Beauty pack course = she needs to choose this course for that discount
-She thought that the husband was talking about pack (verb) and not pack (noun) which led her to say she's not interested to pack (something or someone)
-Husband corrected her by saying he was talking about the other pack.
-"Just what-- Just who did you think you'd pack?" (what = car, who = husband)

I'm honestly not sure, but this is what I think.
