Reading these comments these people seem very angry for what is supposed to be a relaxed comedic story.

Its light and funny stupid. Such as the ending when they're leaving & you think he's about to go O we forgot the other dude! But instead he's like gotta pee.

Shitty personality wasn't a development. It was the basis of the story. His shifu passed his garbage personality onto him but he's smart enough & ruthless enough to cut ties

@BuffSoul There should be a limit to it though, like the protagonist is 28 years old, went through his childhood being tricked, he should be wiser by now but he's still sleeping in for no reason and blamed it on someone who's a decade his junior iirc. It came off as irritating rather than funny. The first few chapters were funny, not the last few though.

@ChronicleKey Same series became a little duller since she left the mc.
