The fights have become really inconsistent. Perhaps it's because the author doesn't know how to handle situations where Yang Kai isn't alone facing enemies. Right now he's grossly underperforming. Of course it could also be that the fights simply don't look like the participants would be that high level. It must be difficult for the author himself to keep up with the power scale inflation.
