It's kind of funny but also pretty natural after everything he has went through in life that Yang Kai doesn't really seem to give a shit about this whole fruit tree cultivation thing. He does enjoy scheming to get the pills, but otherwise he hasn't once given a feeling he would be genuinely worried about anything.
