Well that light is literally the first light borne from the birth of the universe, while black ink is the primordial darkness born as a counterpart to the first light, it's quite literally the power of darkness being dissipated by pure light

So, what are the light creatures, then, who can't be inked by rather just dissolve into shadows and cease to exist if they are subjected to enough ink force? The Ink clan are the ink creatures who dissipate in the pure light, so the reverse must exist as well. Humans and other common living things are neutral, so they can be inked and cleansed of ink, as needed.

Ink (guy in the cage) is the primordial darkness, his innate ability is to corrupt living beings, but the ink species were created by him, if First Light wanted to, it could probably create it's own servant species, but it hasn't.
Also remember that those Sun and Moon kids were Yin and Yang that were shed (it was implied) from First Light so it's likely that if Ink tried to corrupt those two, rather than being corrupted they would instead just die, since they are the Yin and Yang of First Light.
Also Sun and Moon created the divine spirits so they're kinda like first Light's grand children, as opposed to Ink Clan who are Primordial Darkness' (Ink's) children

I can't remember if we have seen or heard of what happens to divine spirits if they are subjected to too much ink force. If they are, indeed, light creatures, the Light clan, then they would certainly be the equivalent of the Ink clan. Though they are pitifully few in numbers in comparison.

The spirits are only First Light's grand kids so they're not true Light clan, they have extreme resistance to Ink force and are very powerful but that's as far as it goes, as far as we know First Light never bothered making itself any servants.
