No real cultivator would be following Ye Xin Rou. She has failed massively and achieved nothing. The inheritance war is now over, so all ceremonies are over. If not for Ye Xin Rou ignoring the warning, all of those people would already be well on their way to the capital, instead of only getting organised for the trip. So what if the elders still ordered her to handle it? Those elders themselves proved they possess the intelligence of an average boot, so why would anyone care about whom they ordered to lead the people out of the city? Human failures gave another human failure a task. Only a fool would have any faith in her anymore. They would be better off having fled on their own.
