Those folks who lived all of their lives in a sect won't ever change the world. They are all crawling in their grooves, refusing to look at anything outside of it. They avoid risks because they know that simply doing their best in the sect will result in steady progress and eventual promotions. But that's only within the sect. Outside of it, they don't matter. But like I said, they hardly ever look outside and scoff at outsiders. After all, they can't admit to themselves that those that live free and unfettered (not referring to the scumbag sects bearing that name) will always find more opportunities, will grow by facing and besting great dangers, and have a broader mind, allowing them to develop skills not seen before.
