Yeah, ngl, the author did not deserve for this to serialized. This is plain terrible and uncomfortable, not endearing at all anymore. Typing this as a fan of the series up until this point, btw.

Prez is a secondary character by now. The other guy is not the good kind of annoying but just a shit tool character with some of the worst writing and I as the reader dislike her more than before.. well done author? What was the point of these chapters?

I believe in the "old story" the MCs met before when very young. Why did she agree to marry another boy here? Was the whole prologue retconned? Why push it to the max with no foundation? I get that these are the usual Shoujo plotholes but holy shit, this is BAD bad.

I see, now that the shoe is on the other foot, this possessive one sided love is too forceful and cringe. A promise from even younger in her life that Natsuki couldn't remember is just like the promise she made with prez in elementary school that he couldn't remember, its poetry, it rhymes. I actually like Natsuki getting a taste of her own medicine. Just like with her, it all for the sake of jokes and thinnest of conflict to push Prez into actually liking her.

I feel like this subplot was a last ditch effort to get people invested so it would get serialized. Unfortunately, I think it created the opposite effect and probably pushed people away because it's so needless. Shame, because I really wanted this series to continue instead of it constantly restarting. I STILL want a full on story, too.

Fiance-kun is definitely wearing thin. As as much as I hate -con characters, being a siscon might have made him more tolerable...up to a point.

Really, Prez needs to be fleshed out more to make this worthwhile. I like the art (I adore the Angry Girl shading) but... there's not even good fluff to fall back on right now

She could told him in the beginning instead of saying "fine" I Kno she was a kid but author want some push into mc and fmc relationship but that fiance thing is just bitter and it's unnecessary drama at this point..
Worst thing is that she lied to mc or not telling him at all hurt man. Like there is no trust from her part.
