This reminds me of my dad's dog Penelope, a little teacup yorky (my sister brought home before joining the army and she just ended up as my dads dog). She was maybe 5 lbs. sopping wet, when ever she wanted attention she would stand next to you and vertically leap in place over and over, she could easily jump 3.5-4 feet and could make it over 5 if she really tried, she would do this for 10-15 minutes at a time.
