Masca is without a doubt one of the most transcending stories I have ever read. I cannot believe that the Korean manwha went from this to mass-produced, low-quality webcomics.
This is the story of sad, intertwined loves in a world where good and evil are not defined, where demons can be saints and mages can be selfish, conniving and scheming. Where love breeds hate.
Unfortunately, a few years back, the artist tried to continue this soul-shattering story. But well, she did not receive any support from publishers, though we so desperately hoped for the sequel. Yet another example how the industry shapes the tastes of the readers, though we believe we make personal choices.
